Now is the time to ultilise the last of the maiden energy to push through your ‘to do’ list with all the skills of the mother to communicate your needs, delegate where possible and work in partnership with those around you.
This full moon weekend is an ideal one to spend with others. Reach out and reconnect with people life doesn’t normally give you time for but your heart misses. Take time to listen and hear the underlying stories and use your love and compassion to tend to their needs as well as your own.

The mother or full moon phase is all about communication. Not only can she listen more clearly and actively than the other phases but she uses her compassion and understanding to speak her truth in a way that will be heard. What do you need to say?
If you don’t feel ready to verbalise your feelings, take pen to paper and make a list of all the people in your life that you would like to share something with. See where the pen takes you and if it feels safe to, begin speaking, this time for your eyes only.
