Playing For Change Day was created in 2011 to unite people through the power of music. Last year, this event raised nearly $150,000 to provide instruments, music instruction, and inspiration for kids and youth. Fundraising efforts will help provide free classes in dance, instruments and music theory in Bangladesh, Brazil, Ghana, Mali, Rwanda, Nepal, South Africa, Thailand and United States. This day of music, peace, and change keeps instruments, music instruction, and inspiration flowing to children around the world. Your participation contributes to a positive vibration that connects and inspires. Join the party at playingforchangeday.org.
