PREPARATION TIME 7 minutes

INGREDIENTS

(makes 2 smoothies)

  • 250 g fresh strawberries, hulled (use frozen in winter)
  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon (raw) honey

KEEPS FOR 1 day

SUPPLIES blender; bottles

METHOD Add all the ingredients to the blender and mix until creamy. Pour into 1 or 2 bottles and take them to go.
