Last week, Members of the Scottish Parliament have approved a ‘pollinator strategy’ led by the Scottish Natural Heritage whose proposals include the restoration and creation of flower-rich habitats, bee and butterfly-friendly pest control, and new research into the impact of climate change on pollinators.
