What you need:
1/2 cup coconut milk (tinned)
1/2 cup of frozen summer fruits berries
1 large fresh strawberry
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon homemade almond butter*

What to do:
Pop them all in a blender and mix until smooth (this should only take a couple of minutes).
Serves: 1 small child/toddler

*Homemade almond butter is simple to make, but does require a food processor and a large amount of patience. It can, otherwise, be purchased from most health food stores or supermarkets.
