I came to the UK to study in 1999 at the age of 17. I am now living in Hornsea, a seaside town in East Riding of Yorkshire. We are a family of four, I live with my husband Scott, and two rather cheeky yet amazing children Tyler, five, and Alexa, four.
MY MORNING ROUTINE
Being a mother to two young children, anytime before school is like a battlefield! I am sure many mums out there you would feel my pain - from the moment they wake up, is all about getting their breakfast, get dressed, wash their faces, brush their teeth, school runs and so on. I don’t often have good hair days during term time (or during the holiday for that matter), but I will ensure I prep my face for the day ahead! My typical morning skincare routine literally takes about 5 mins: Step 1 - I cleanse my face to energise my skin with our Oil-To-Milk facial cleanser which is incredibly nourishing, gentle and leave my skin feeling clean and refresh. Step 2 - I will then follow by applying our Nourish and Brightening SOS Eye Recovery Cream, this is a must for me. As it literally nourishes the skin around my eyes throughout the day, helps to brighten my eyes and reduce my puffiness to make my tired eyes look more decent! Step 3 - I will apply 2-3 drops of our Superfruit Daily Vitamin Boost Oil, a gorgeous face oil that will instantly gives my skin the glow, and makes my skin feel so soft. I choose to use this oil during daytime as it also contains generous amount of red raspberry seed oil in the formula, which is a wonderful oil that provides additional sun protection (note: this does not mean it substitutes SPF). Step 4 - I will apply our Collagen Boost Superfood Mega Moisturiser, little goes a long way with this green beauty, it’s like butter melt onto my skin but not greasy at all, and gives my skin that additional protection and hydration. Finally, SPF! Then I am done. Instead of normal English tea, I have got into drinking Ginger, Mint and Chinese Rock sugar (or honey) tea in the morning. The scent is calming, it is delicious, and wonderful for our insides and our skin!
MY FUTURE PLANS
For next year, we will be adding more new and exciting products to our existing range. We will be looking at working with more online retail stores so that we can make our products available to a wider geographic market, including European countries. We will be looking at creating VIP member areas on our website, so that we can give more back to our loyal customers.
