We make a gorgeous range of multi award-winning skin care, hair care and body care products on a lovely farm just outside of Olney, Buckinghamshire. I’m married with two children, Sophie (15) and Ben (14), and passionate about sustainability and healthy living.
MY MORNING ROUTINE
My morning routine is very simple. I sleep as long as possible because I’m more of a night owl. I make a lemon water and drink that first before I do anything. Then some coffee or tea as I get ready for the day. I don’t eat breakfast and instead opt for a bigger lunch. It takes me 30 mins max before I fly out the door and head to the workshop, where I spend the day working with my team. Meditation for me happens naturally throughout the day when I’m working on creative projects, which I love. I also listen to guided meditations to help me drift off at the end of the day.
MY FUTURE PLANS
Awake Organics is growing at an exponential rate. We have recently expanded into the hair care category, specialising in 100% biodegradable, natural and plastic free products that support healthy scalp and hair growth. Following the successful launch of our new hair care line, we have been working on more ways to revolutionise sustainable personal care. Keep an eye out for new multi-functional products that cross the hair care and body care boundaries, coming soon.
